Interested bidders shall submit their offer with a deposit of 10% of the total bid price payable by Cashier’s Order or through Online transfer on or before the Closing Date to: |

Bid submitted by an individual person must be accompanied by a photocopy of his/her Malaysian IC. Companies must use its official Company letterhead to submit their bid. |

The bid must be submitted to procurement@petroleumsarawak.com using the Submittal Form together with payment receipt/slip of the 10% deposit of the total bid price. |

Release of the item is conditional upon payment of the full amount by Cashier’s Order or Online payment to SGDSB. Only successful bidder(s) will be notified. Collection of the item must be completed within 14 days after the Letter of Award has been issued, otherwise the deposit of 10% will be forfeited to SGDSB. |

All costs related to the removal, loading, transport, SST and transfer of ownership involving the Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) will be borne by the successful bidder(s). SGDSD shall not be liable for any claims after sale of the said items. |
