TEMPORARY DECOMMISSIONING OF VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

Please be informed that the Vendor Registration Form will be temporarily decommissioned from 28 April 2026 to 8 June 2026 in conjunction with the launch of our new Vendor Portal. This period is required for data migration and system transition.

During this time, all vendor registration and renewal activities will be suspended. All applications submitted prior to 28 April 2026 will remain valid and will be processed accordingly.

The new and improved Vendor Portal is expected to go live in the second week of June 2026.
